CST offers a website to better serve our valued clients and provide access to their information. Information may be obtained such as shareholder activity, shareholder information, bill pay and proxy updates.
Annual Meeting Services
We understand the importance of Annual Shareholder meetings and work with our clients to support their meeting preparation needs. CST can help establish a timetable for meeting preparations, prepare and mail broker searches, mail proxy materials, tabulate proxy returns, and assist and input election results.
Depository Services
Through our depository services we act as the stock certificate exchange agent for tender offers, subscriptions, mergers and acquisitions, large private stock purchases, and related escrow services.
Dividend Services
CST serves as a dispensing agent for cash and stock dividends. We also prepare and issue 1099 tax statements in order to comply with Internal Revenue Service requirements.
Mailing Services
As a service to our clients, CST provides same-day ordered shareholder lists and labels in a variety of formats. We also offer full mailing services from our in-house facility for proxies, newsletters, reports, notifications, press releases, and other shareholder communications.
