Corporate Stock Transfer, Inc. can handle the mailing of any interim, non-proxy mailings and related services for the following:

  • Assistance with timeline
  • Initiate broker search – if required
  • Print quantity assistance
  • Mailing material to registered shareholders, Broadridge, and brokers
  • Supply notarized mailing affidavit

Most common types of documents mailed are:

  • Information Statements – 14C, 14F (Written consent in lieu of meeting)
  • Shareholder letters or updates
  • Quarterly reports
  • Letter of transmittals for reorganization actions and exchanges, buy-back, pay-out or tender offers
  • Financials – if sending separately from proxy material – can be a 10K or 10Q
