Most common types of documents mailed are:
- Information Statements – 14C, 14F (Written consent in lieu of meeting)
- Shareholder letters or updates
- Quarterly reports
- Letter of transmittals for reorganization actions and exchanges, buy-back, pay-out or tender offers
- Financials – if sending separately from proxy material – can be a 10K or 10Q
